UNIQLO 2017 Holiday Windows
I started to develop window concepts for the Holiday display 6 months in advance of installation, working closely with our global visual merchandising team to plan the look and feel of the windows for hundreds of stores to implement globally. Once the snowflake icons were finalized, I created customized displays for the New York flagship stores that were adapted by our global teams for other flagship stores around the world to utilize. To achieve maximum impact, I also worked with local vendors to create custom neon and light boxes.
